Core Coach offers a professional personal training service to help you achieve your health and fitness goals!
Our trainers are fully qualified and insured and have hands on experience working with a wide range of clients with many diverse needs!.
The sessions can be done on a one to one basis or with a friend(s)/partner/child etc.
They tend to last between 45 minutes - 1 hour, and your personal trainer will keep a record of your progress including weigh ins, tracking your diet, tracking physical ability and anything else specific to your programme.
