We keep things interesting and different the variety of classes and without starving yourself or feeling deprived. Before I started at the studio I felt I was lacking in confidence and not as strong as I feel now.

I was worried people might laugh at me if I was rubbish. I initially did a PT then 6 weeks before becoming a full member, I loved how welcoming the studio was and how I could go at my own pace. I am now stronger and more toned than I'd ever been! My favourite part about the studio is the variety, makes exercise fun, the members and instructors who are all friendly and welcoming.

This place has literally changed my life and my mindset. I've been going now for almost two years and have loved every minute of it. Kelly and the instructors are so welcoming and all the members are the friendliest people that no lesson was ever intimidating.

We work with women in our exclusive studio located in Blackpool.
We specialise in a mixture of Fitness Training, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks and Pole Fitness.
