I know I need to do something more to keep my health and vitality in later years. I need to retain ideal weight and improve my strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. I really can't face the idea of joining a class or a group and there is no way I can go it alone. My situation before I started working with Paul - too busy at work to exercise, unfit, low energy levels, poor diet and hydration.
With Paul the experience has been very enjoyable, real partnership working, bespoke training and focus on lifestyle. Now an essential part of my week. My situation was that of a middle-aged, grey-haired, comfort eater who denied himself nothing. A man who would 'go large' on any meal and whose definition of eating in, involved buying a pre-cooked chicken.
I had lost any hope of making serious changes to my fitness. My only thought was that I could marginally improve my fitness and not grow more unfit. My reservation was that you wouldn't stop at fitness but would insist on meddling with my diet and insist I drastically cut down on junk food and crisps.

The over 50s should consider if they are mobile enough.
If you are in this age bracket are you working in a desk bound job?
Are you thinking you need to do some form of exercise before your quality of life dramatically reduces?
In addition to improving your physical health, keeping active can also improve your mental wellbeing by improving self-confidence, sleep and even memory.
For many over 50s, simply visiting a gym is a difficult, and sometimes embarrassing experience.
They think everyone there will be fit and 20 years old.

You've done some exercise in the past, or never really bothered.
You recognise now every excuse you give is you making the choice of staying where you are.
The 'reason' you have had for not taking action in the past that has slowed you down could be 'I will do this tomorrow because I will have more time'.
Come and discuss your personal requirements with me.
I will give you a short health check and fitness taster (if you wish) and you can be included in my weekly ezine, my email newsletter full of fitness tips and healthy recipes.
