Welcome to the Back to Fitness Gym, home to first class personal training and fitness classes with a difference for adults and children. We are based in the heart of Waterlooville, between the Lloyds bank and Dorothy Perkins near the precinct. We are family owned and run; priding ourselves on running a friendly and welcoming gym, staffed by professional and approachable personal trainers and fitness instructors who are as enthusiastic about your fitness goals as you are.

We love sport and fitness, but know that the important thing is to have fun whilst taking part and getting fitter. We run a number of classes, courses and bootcamp getaways for you to participate in. Back To Fitness has built a very professional community unlike any other. With professionals from all walks of life and industries. We welcome everyone from director level to entry level, even if your not in the professional industry we welcome you too.

Rob Back is the Managing Director of Back to Fitness and is a Senior County Coach for the Hampshire & IOW Amateur Boxing Association.
Coaching since 1982, he has competed in and won on two occasions, the National Endurance Challenge Cup, he has also trained athletes who have represented their country at the Commonwealth Games.
Rob is highly rated by the armed forces for achieving results.
Amongst other fitness achievements, Rob has appeared on Meridian TV, The Big Breakfast and online.
He also had a column in the Portsmouth News and was recently featured for raising money for Help for Heros.

We recognise that every client is individual and know that every client requires a bespoke programme to achieve their goals.
Boxercise, circuit training, skills and squad training are just a few of the classes available here.
Our exercise classes are a social event; you can come along with your friends, or on your own and meet new ones!
We run courses for everyone, from Green Gloves for beginners learning footwork and basic shots to Silver Gloves for those really developing professional boxing skills, and from Junior ABA preliminary awards to ABA bouts.
Here at Back to fitness we promote fun, safe and recreational classes for our junior members.
It is a great environment for children and teens to learn the art of boxing, and the skills behind it.
Combining both fun enrichment games and activities with discipline and skills, your children and teens will love it!
The GB National Boxing Awards are designed as a fun recreational programme for all participants at all levels, ages and abilities.
The Preliminary Award is for participants from the age of five years.

The Back to Fitness Team are professional and qualified personal trainers who are accredited to the Register of Exercise Professionals, attending Continual Professional Development programmes to keep themselves at the cutting edge of the fitness industry.
Children and teenagers can learn the skill of amateur boxing, including the history, rules of the sport plus the importance of a healthy lifestyle and personal discipline.
Juniors work towards national recognised ABA awards scheme.
This class is a great fitness boxing workout consisting of cardio, resistance and bag training for a great workout for weight loss, muscle toning and general fitness; suitable for all fitness levels.
At back to fitness we have boxing classes for everyone - from circuit based boxercise to white collar amateur boxing.
