The Tokei Fitness Centre started life as a Martial Arts centre in 1975.
Today the Tokei Fitness Centre continues to offer a variety of martial arts classes and continues to produce very high calibre martial artists.
In addition, the Tokei Centre now offers fitness classes, a fully equiped gym with a variety of weights and machines and a fitness suite with a number of cardio machines.
The centre is run by highly qualified martial artists, fitness experts and sports profesionals who all have many years experience in their chosen field.
