We are located at Number 1, Kings Cross Road, within the Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross. Our Split Level Multipurpose Gym is fully equipped with Cardio Vascular Technogym Equipment (including built-in TV viewing screens), complemented by Weight Resistance Machines and a fully equipped Exercise Area on both levels.

Direct Debit or Cash / Purchases by Credit Card are accepted on completion of our Application Forms - Subject to approval and our Terms and Conditions.
Membership (use of Health Club Monday - Friday 6.30am - 10pm and weekends from 7.30am - 9pm).
Please note that our membership charges are very competitive therefore we do not negotiate any additional discounts to these memberships.
Day passes are available inside the health club for Adults from 15.00 and 9.00 for Children.
Class only Membership & Personal Training (use of PT Classes Only Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm).
