Get introduced to the sport of with our weekly Club session which focuses on technique refinement - novice to advanced lifters, the program suits every level! Our LIFT classes focus on technique and strength for the Olympic Lifts: Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

From beginner to advanced lifters you will get all the benefits of training as a group, with all the benefits of specific training, to make YOU a better WEIGHTLIFTER. I was involved in sports since my childhood, but for various reasons I stopped practicing my sport of diving and cliff jumping, so the gymnastics element of the P10 classes keeps me really interested.

I have never really been a fan of gym's, but at p10 fitness I feel like they are always there to help and tell you what to do.
The best part so far has been my belly going, I had never done CrossFit before p10 and now I've been going for around 7 months.
