At Aspire4Health we believe everybody has the potential to live a full life without aches, pains and injury whilst minimising their risks of lifestyle disease. We combine our specialist services to create a unique programme purely for you. Together we will restore your body by improving the mobility of the joints and flexibility in the muscles to create a foundation to build your future aspirations upon.

We then incorporate stabilisation and strength exercises to build towards your desired outcome. We further protect your body from injury, disease and natural ageing through tailored nutrition and preventative healthcare helping to create a better healthier version of you.

Since starting in the profession over 25 years ago, Lee's passion is and has always been to help people achieve the best quality of life in terms of enhancing their health and fitness whilst managing any existing injuries or medical conditions.
Lee formed Aspire 4 Health more than 16 years ago to fulfil that passion.
Having studied for both his BSc and MSc degrees at the highly respected Leeds Metropolitan University (Carnegie), his special interest is helping people optimise their bodies in terms of muscular balance, postural awareness, and biomechanics in order to prevent inefficient movement and ultimately injury.
