Our Personal Training Gym is unique in its ability to rehabilitate injuries. We have years of experience dealing with the injuries of performance athletes, sports men and have applied that experience with our clients. The GYM at Maghera has an amazing atmosphere. Thanks to a ban on mobiles you'll be surrounded by like-minded people training hard in an atmosphere that is friendly, supportive, and focused.

To get to this level of success I have Ollie to praise for the hard work and commitment he puts into each training session. He has a world of knowledge regarding training methods and nutrition, no matter what sport you're involved in.
