We teach Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, Jive, Dance Fitness, Wedding Dance & Private lessons to adults both online via Zoom and in-person at our dance studio in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Online Salsa classes are recorded when Adele's delivers a live-class and then uploaded for the duration of the course for students to access as they practice what they've learnt in class.
Additionally, you can pay a small fee each month to have full access to our historical Salsa Video Library. Our students report faster learning times and an increased level of expertise in their Salsa dancing. Adele has trained with some of the great LA Style Salsa teachers and has been dancing Salsa for over 20 years now. These are one to one Zoom meetings with Adele, where you can get individual dance coaching at home.

Adele teaches adult dance classes in social ballroom & latin dances at our dance studio in Belfast.
Classes are either Solo or with a Partner.
You will need to bring your own partner for the partner classes, if you don't have one we recommend joining the Solo classes as a start and then you will easily make friends and we can pair you up with another Solo dancer so that you can start to enjoy the partnerwork classes too.
You can repeat a course as many times as you like in order to feel more confident before moving on.

Maybe you're thinking you've got 2 left feet and could never learn, well we just need to find you someone with 2 right feet!
Once you've stepped through the door you'll feel most welcome, everyone in our classes is very friendly.
We'll use all the basic steps & timing of these dances and some great music to teach you a great routine each week.

As a dancer, the whole body (physical and psychological) needs to be in top condition in order to reduce the risk of injury, enhance performance, and ensure you are able to dance long into your 90s!
Overall fitness needs to be improved.
