Loved the opening hours, gives me time to work out and get coffee on way to work! Such friendly staff, supportive without being intrusive, they are informative and helpful. Looking forward to trying some classes. Gym is spotless, well laid out gives all own space to work out. Having trained previously at Kirbys, I was sad to hear it was closing its doors for good.

Recently taken over the place has had a refurb and a good clean! The new owner and staff team are very welcoming and will go out of their way to help you. With been out of training for a while they have provided me with useful information and tips on what equipment to use making training a lot more fun!
