As before we will be following safety & hygiene protocol including social distance & sanitising before & after use. We ask for your co-operation. A conventional internal gym including Treadmill, Cross Trainers & Rowers leading to a large covered outside training area overflowing with free weights and including resistance equipment, cables, squat racks, smiths machines, punch bags, Olympic training platforms & Spin bikes, functional training equipment as well as our unique training 'rig'.

I started my career as a Commando in the Royal Marines at the age of 14 and was there until I was 23.
During this time I played a lot of rugby as I found it very enjoyable and a great way to keep fit.
In addition to rugby I did boxing in the Marines Navy, Combined Services and I served in South Africa & Africa.
I was also in the Kenyan Scouts for a couple of years and served alongside the renowned Mercenary Leader Mike Hore AC IC.
In 1970 I qualified as a Personal Trainer.
I have taken this path and have been training people ever since.
