One of Salford's longest active gymnasiums. Muscle and Fitness Gym is a state of the art fitness facility providing affordable membership to the general public who want to get in shape. We offer 24 hour access (subject to terms and conditions) via personally assigned access fobs & we are open 365 days of the year.

We have a dedicated free-weight area here at Muscle and Fitness Gym, Dumbells range from 1kg all the way up to 50kg as well as long and short Olympic bars, Plates, Kettle bells and medicine balls ranging from 2.5kg to 25kg.
We have a very large selection of both cable driven and plate loading resistance machines, all designed to hit specific areas of the body.
We have a great selection of cardiovascular equipment here at Muscle and Fitness, some of our equipment includes Concept 2 rowing machines, True Treadmills, Life Fitness Bikes & Cross-trainers.

All members must complete a health questionnaire & have a 'Club Induction'.
During the induction we go through how the club operates on a 24-hour basis, how the access control system works, the rules and regulations of the club, where all equipment and changing rooms are & what to do in the event of an emergency.
