Fusion Fitness delivers an exercise approach which is the fusion of many forms of training which I have personally experienced over the years including, Olympic Lifting, Body Building, Triathlon, MMA, Boxing, Cross fit, and distance running. The most important thing about Fusion Fitness is the variety of exercises you'll learn whilst being coached to perform them well.

Technique is everything. Based only a stone throw away from media city, I am a fitness professional and nutrition advisor, also qualified within the GP referral scheme for medical disabilities and all conditions related, plus training clients pre and post natal. I have worked in and been around Gymnasiums for over 20 yrs. My aim is to meet your fitness goals within the comfort of my purpose designed Studio.

I teach simple techniques, underpinning dietary and fitness information, which will lay the foundations for the future of your well being, health goals and ambitions.

Via online platforms, for example, Zoom, Facebook Live etc. we can tailor your one-to-one coaching experience.
Alternatively, you will receive FULL workout clips that will range from 20-40 minutes long.
These are tutorials guiding you through the full duration which we will do together.
You could easily use the following - rucksack, bricks, water bottles, chairs, or any other objects you can hold.
It is a fully accountable programme with set schedules for daily/weekly Face time check ins, delivering constant motivation, help with foods and a routine to adhere to which fits in with your life.
So I've done a few training programs with Richard and found the PT program totally different to the 8 week accountability.
I do think you would have to have some knowledge around nutrition or have completed the 8weeks before trying the new programme if you want the best outcome.
There is no room for learning about nutrition it's got to be right from week 1.
It is made very clear how your macros/ calories alongside your work out and general activity really impact on your weight and muscle definition.
Great to have him involved to deliver vital muscle building tips and techniques.
Having competed in Physique competitions he's experienced training and diet at another level.
