Paramount Sports and Fitness, Urmston's independent gym and leisure facility for the last 20 years. Based in the centre of Urmston on Higher road, we boast a full cardio suite, full suite of resistance equipment, specified free weight area, saunas and a 'sun dome' tanning booth. There is also a studio for classes, available free to members, which include 'Thump' Boxercise, Thai Boxing, Aeromix, Metafit, step aerobics, and circuit.
We also have a Sports Therapist available on site. Our facilities have been newly refurbished for 2017! On your return to the gym you will need to come to reception before entering to see a member of staff. You will have to swipe in every time for track and trace.
NO changing rooms, come ready for your workout. Sanitise hands before and after using the equipment. Sanitise equipment before and after use (sanitising stations available throughout the gym).
