Once you arrive one of our qualified and friendly instructors of the same sex will be waiting for you at reception. Then, they'll begin a personal assessment with you which includes your body fat percentage, muscle mass and measurements. Finally, your instructor will discuss your all-important goals, whether it be body transformation or performance improvement we can help.
It is only at this second appointment where you'll need to become a member of our gym. The same instructor will now take you through a personalised training programme which they've wrote out for you teaching you what exercises you should be performing whilst also making sure that your form and the weight/resistance you are using in those exercises is correct.
After that, it's time to train with your new personalised training programme. We will give you as much or as little support as you need and there will always be staff on hand to help you with any questions you have. We're not a faceless Nottingham gym. We genuinely care about how you are progressing.
