Nottingham Strong

Please have a read through our new regulations as we adapt to a new and safer operation of Nottingham Strong. We pride ourselves on creating a great training atmosphere and sense of community with all members. This isn't your typical gym, we are specialised in Powerliftng and all our equipment is EPA approved. We've been known to throw a comp or two and have strength coaches available to aid you in reaching your goals.

We have kickass Spotify playlists and if you check in at the gym, you'll get a free coffee on us. For both security purposes, and a means of monitoring capacity, we've had a door entry system installed at the front of the gym. Members will be able to unlock the door with either their phones or a key fob. Only members can access the gym during the unstaffed period.

Also note it will not be 24/7 access. The gym will be open 07:00 - 21:00 Monday - Friday. Weekend hours will remain the same for the near future, with a likely extension to existing hours. Keep an eye on opening hours at the top of the site or our social media channels for regular updates.
