A not-for-profit gym & wellness centre in Leith, Edinburgh - Building happy bodies and strong minds. Right now we are refurbishing a new fitness and yoga venue. We hope the new venue will open in early 2022. Until then, we will be running a limited number of wellness activities at the Ocean Terminal Mental Health Hub. Our affordable counselling services give you the opportunity to access a safe environment to talk, helping you to improve your confidence and take control of your life. Face-to-face counselling takes place at Projekt 42's Mental Health Hub that is located at Ocean Terminal, Leith. Online counselling involves the delivery of counselling sessions via video.
Sessions last for 50 minutes. Online counselling is delivered through our secure online healthcare platform. Clients are provided an appointment with a counsellor, and an email is sent with a link to a virtual counselling room.
