Fitness Soul was created by myself - Joanna Weintritt and my husband - Leszek Stelmachowski. Our aim is to spread our passion to exercise & healthy lifestyle and to help & inspire others. On the beginning I was running fitness classes on my own, very quickly there was a bigger demand for my classes, so I took few amazing instructors on board to join the team.
At the same time Leszek was running various conditioning, kettlebells & bootcamp sessions. It was natural step to join the forces to provide good mixture classes and to create one of the most successful small fitness business in Scotland.
