Hi, I'm Jo Gaskill, a personal trainer based in Poole - Dorset. I can help you achieve peak fitness, fix an injury, or keep your body conditioned for sport and everyday life. A great introduction to exercise for new-comers or those starting back after injury, pregnancy etc. Using simply body weight and therabands, you can do this anywhere with equipment that fits in the palm of your hand.

Taking only about 20 mins, try alternate days to begin and build up to every day. Place theraband under foot, hold other end and have elbow at side, then engage core and push single. Split stance, toes pointing forward, lower body to floor, so back knee almost touches, make sure front knee. I came to Fit2you 18 months in pretty good shape. I was looking to train more regularly and with a focused programme to improve muscle tone and strength, particularly of one shoulder, which had undergone surgery.

After suffering constant back niggles I was recommended Jo's Pilates classes by a friend.

Fit2you is run by Jo Gaskill, Personal Trainer & Sports Therapist, a keen kite-surfer who has run marathons and competed in other endurance events.
I studied Microbiology and Environmental Science and then after an expedition to Patagonia, lived in London planning projects overseas and teaching spinning and circuits at Fitness First.
Then while training for the New York marathon, I completed the diploma in PT and Sport Massage and then set up fit2you and relocated to Poole to make the most of the natural training environment.

Pilates builds strength, flexibility and neuromuscular coordination and can restore the body's 'balance'.

Your programme will then be sent to you by email, comprising, narrative and images to help guide you.
Skype/Facebook sessions can also be arranged to clarify any aspects/exercises or where you need more support.
After that, you will receive regular, on-going support, motivation and advice throughout your training.
