Our small group training sessions at META are designed for an excellent full-body workout in an indoor setting.
These sessions are designed to help your fitness goals - whether it's to build strength, improve your endurance, or to lose body weight.
Our sessions place an emphasis on strength work using our gym equipment with some cardio and core work thrown in to get your heart rate up!

As class sizes are kept to a maximum of 8 people, you'll benefit from the close attention of a fully-qualified personal trainer, whilst enjoying the dynamic and motivating energy of a group.

Azurite Wellness is a Massage Therapy Clinic based inside META which focuses on injury rehab, aches and pains, as well as relaxation.
Tilly Seargeant is the owner of Azurite Wellness, and she is fully qualified in a wide variety of treatments including Deep Tissue, Oncology Massage, Dry Cupping and Indian Head Massage.
Whether it's for your mind or your muscles, Tilly considers all aspects of your health and wellness, and when appropriate she will complete a full postural analysis, to observe areas of restriction, and potentially the source of a problem.

Embarking on a new stage in my life saw me return to Medway, Kent where I joined the largest gym in the area and the first gym I'd ever joined.
It didn't take long for me to start to notice the results of the hard work that I was putting in, as my clothes became looser and I started to feel better, both physically and mentally.
I had fallen in love with weight training and as time went on, I watched my body changing.
