In June of 1982 as a Strength & Conditioning Coach I took on my first client at a small gym in Falls Church Virginia called The Spartan Gym.
He would go on to compete in the 1982 and 84 Olympics in weightlifting.
I primarily worked with American football players from The University of Maryland.
In February of 1986 I moved to Hollywood, California and became the director of fitness at The Beverly Hills Health and Fitness Club.
Where I would also meet my wife who is English.
