Totally Aktive Military Fitness is based in Crewe, offering a range of weekly and annual activities to suit all levels of fitness and ability. Former Royal Marine Commando James has the knowledge and experience to know what it takes to succeed, Being medically discharged from the Royal Marines has made him more determined to achieve your goals. A friend suggested we try Boot Camp after seeing someone achieve significant inch and weight loss.

The sessions are varied and new training techniques are introduced all the time which is fantastic - with set challenges which really brings the group together. I've experienced amazing results something that just wasn't achievable with the normal gym or running session. All Totally Aktive instructors have dedication and a genuine desire to see each and every client achieve their goals, changing lives for the better, facing your fears and giving boosting self esteem.

Totally Aktive Military Fitness 2020 12 week Biggest Loser - are you up for a challenge that WILL CHANGE your life FOREVER?
We will weigh and measure 4 times, there will be 3 awesome challenges and lots of prizes throughout.
Weight loss, inch loss, fat loss and we will calculate your fitness improvements in % form over the 12 weeks.
Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports.

I've been going to Totally Aktive for just over a year now and love the fact that the classes are so varied.
I can chose which classes I want to do each week depending on my goals.
My eating habits have improved and I am now nearer my target weight since going.
I am not the most motivated of people when it comes to exercise which is why I chose this rather than a gym.
If it wasn't for Jamie I wouldn't push myself enough at the gym.
I also love the fact that the people I train with are all normal people and easy to get on with and make a great atmosphere unlike some pretentious gyms.
