Starks Fitness originated as a bespoke Personal Training facility at our Harbourside location, focussing on delivering the highest level of coaching standards, coupled with top range equipment and knowledgeable coaches, providing guaranteed results.
In 2018, the offering expanded, and we opened our flagship venue, Temple Quay, pursuing founder James' vision of developing a bespoke, comprehensive and (most importantly), affordable personal training concept to the masses.
This is where the small group PT product came to light.
With years of extensive knowledge around training and nutrition, our coaches at Starks Fitness will create a completely bespoke programme to ensure maximum results.
After choosing which package is best suited to your personal goals (see below), we'll arrange a consultation (phone or in-person), devise a plan, and then allocate a coach who specialises in that area.
You can opt to train with your coach 1-3 times per week and have full access to our class timetable.
All sessions are 50 mins and comprise a specific programme based on your needs and goals.

Our PT packages combine years of extensive knowledge around training with the science behind nutrition to create a completely bespoke program for you to ensure the best possible results.
Results are also made in the kitchen!
Training doesn't solely equate to a 'healthy' body - nutrition is paramount.
This is our unique approach to a semi-private personal training session with only a maximum of 4 people per group.
They are professionally programmed by our head coach in a monthly cycle and are structured so that it's a full body workout with a weekly focus on pull, push, hinge and squat.
You will learn proper form & technique through weight training, bodyweight work and enjoy new exercises constantly that never gets boring or repetitive.
From the Greek term for "beautiful strength", Calisthenics is all about mastering your body and bodyweight without the use of gym equipment!
