I would describe myself as an approachable, personable and dedicated professional who cares for the people I work with. My aim is to create a fun and relaxed environment for my clients, conducive to training hard and achieving results. I am a retired amateur rugby player and have enjoyed a variety of team sports, but now, I seem to have fallen into being a "runner".

I say "runner" because I do not class myself as a typical runner, who is tall, lean and can elegantly glide along any terrain making it look effortless. I am anything but this and would also say I am not addicted to running or exercise, I will quiet happily put my feet up instead. However, I do respect and appreciate the benefits that these two things have on my physical and mental health.

Therefore, I use running and exercise to help keep me 'in check' (mentally and physically), to be ready for day-to-day life and the additional challenges I give myself along the way. I love to explore, and running is one way that allows me to see new parts of the country.

Traditional therapeutic massage of the whole body focusing on your needs with fluid strokes to rejuvenate or uplift and restore overall well being.
Ideal to unwind and experience a deep relaxation.
Sixty minute treatment includes legs, arms, abdomen, back and neck.
This concentrates on areas of chronic tension working deep into the muscles with a firmer pressure to manipulate the soft tissue.
This will reduce tension, fatigue and keep you able to enjoy day to day activities, hobbies and sports.
