Black Sheep Fitness Academy is a specialist group fitness training facility that provides a challenging and safe place to enjoy your training. Our highly skilled and dedicated coaches are here to help you along your fitness journey whilst we pride ourselves on offering an inclusive training space for all abilities. We offer two programmes: Fitness and Fat Loss and Strength and Performance.

Services
I am Head Coach, programmer, and Founder of Black Sheep Fitness Academy.
My knowledge comes from experience in applying different methodologies within my athletes/clients and my own training.
I hold many qualifications in Health and Fitness including an Advanced Personal Trainer and L4 Strength and Conditioning Qualifications as well as specialised areas such as Nutrition and Olympic Weightlifting.
I understand the high demands of everyday life, and how challenging it can be fitting in healthy eating and exercise around the chaos of every day.
All our sessions are 1-hour long with the emphasis based on strength, increasing lean muscle mass and athleticism.
We help our members lift weights comfortably and most importantly correctly whilst delivering phenomenal strength and fitness to your everyday life or your sport-specific training regime.
You will be trained as an athlete in order to gain levels of fitness you never realised you could attain; we are results based and you will see and feel the effects in a short period of training with us.
All of our sessions are 45 minutes long and primarily focused on getting our members fitter, stronger, leaner and helping them burn body fat.
The sessions are highly sought after and are fundamentally focused on highly metabolic conditioning sessions that are designed to work the full body, with a functional approach incorporating high and low intensities.
Black Sheep workouts are both challenging and fun.
We encourage our members to help each other, so you have an instant network of training partners and friends.
