Our Bite Size Fit Factor group sessions, are extremely popular, and are based on David's Award Winning Fit Factor successes. In small groups (max 8 people) clients will undergo a 6 week body transformation in one of our Private Gyms. We are the only gym in the UK to custom design a Versa Hub, optimised for sound and lighting providing a unique and exclusive experience.
Our 30 mins sessions are hugely motivating. Personal training at David Fairlamb Fitness takes place in one of David's exclusive studios, which allows you total privacy. Training only takes place with one of his trainers, ensuring that all clients work on a one on one basis with their own designated trainer. There is no gym membership.
