Jason has over 17 years experience training everybody from general population to ex England footballers.
His vast knowledge and experience of many different tools of the trade such as Kettlebells (which he holds international certification Strong First Level Two), Barbells for Power Training and Olympic Weightlifting and Bulgarian Bags to design some of the most creative and effective Strength training programs for Men and women you will ever experience.
His sporting interest is American Football.
Any cancellations to sessions must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or you will still be charged for the session.
When cancelling a session receipt of your cancellation must be confirmed by your trainer or you will still be charged.
Bulk sessions must be completed within 12 weeks of first appointment or you run the risk of losing your sessions.
If you cancel more than 3 sessions in a row with your trainer an upfront payment of 10 sessions must be made to show your commitment to training.

The shape of the kettlebell allows for unique positioning of the weight directly above your centre of mass and allows you to keep your hand and wrists in neutral alignment.
This allows for greater endurance and longevity in the core lifts (swings, clean and press, snatches), so you can produce a much higher volume of exercise, and thus greater conditioning and fitness.
