We help our clients reach their goals no matter how big or small, this is what motivates us and drives us to give the best service possible. Whether you are a professional athlete, you are wanting to lose a few inches or simply just want fitter and healthier you, then we can help. With over 19 years of experience, we try to cater for everyone's needs, using various tools to get the job done.

Free weights, kettlebells, body weight, boxing and other forms of cardio are all utilised to make workouts fun, functional, but most of all EFFECTIVE FOR YOU. We strive to make sessions as varied as possible, whilst still emphasising progression on great movements like the squat, deadlift and core moves. There are classes to suit all abilities, in addition to our one to one and small group personal training.

The studio is by appointment or class only. So it's just you, the trainer, and the gym to yourself for the duration of your session, no waiting around for equipment! In addition to our gym based services, we also offer online programming and nutrition advice, so even if you cant physically make it to The Mill, you can still benefit from our knowledge and experience.

Our Trainer Rob has been in the industry over 17 years, working as a personal trainer and instructor.
It sounds very clich but I really do enjoy helping people achieve their goals.
Even if it's only the tiniest part to be played it motivates me everyday to coach, whether you are trying to lose a few inches, or have aspirations to be a professional athlete.
I'm always looking to improve my knowledge, so thay I can then transfer this to our clients at The Mill.
I don't know everything, but will not give up in improving my knowledge base and skills to transfer and educate people into becoming healthier, fitter and stronger.
Correct Technique/form - Performing exercises correctly and efficiently is of paramount importance and reduces the risk of injury.
Injury Prehab/Rehab - We work with you to help prevent injuries from occurring, and help rehabilitate existing ones.
Sport Specific - Strength and Conditioning should be part of any athletes' program to help them perform to their full potential!.
Personalised Plans - Every client is unique in terms of their goals, abilities and limitations, so at The Mill we ensure sessions and programs cater to the individual, not the masses!.
Catered to the need of the individuals within that group, perfect for friends or team mates who want to train together and have very specific goals in mind for example sport specific.
These sessions take place in our studio and involve the use of kettle bells, Dumbbells, prowler, CV equipment, Boxing, medicine balls to name a few.
Each session is 45 minutes long consisting of a warm up, Circuit style workout and a cool down.
Every exercise is adaptable to meet the individual's needs and the sessions are suitable for all abilities whether you have been exercising for years and fancy trying something different or you have never stepped foot in a gym in your life everyone is welcome and our highly experienced trainers will make sure you get the best out of your session.
Here at the Mill we don't believe in 'Diets' we believe in changing the way you eat to fuel your body correctly, in order to maximise the effects of training.
We offer personalised eating plans provided by our in house Nutritionist, the cater to each persons goal, we do not supply generic plans and also offer coaching to support the plan to make sure you hit your goal.
Each person is required to fill out a short questionnaire so our nutritionist can gain as much information as possible before compiling your personalised plan.
