This 8 round class is one of our most physically challenging classes yet. Every round consists of a 4 minute workout with 1 minute combination punching followed by 1 minute bodyweight exercises, repeated. Each round has a different combination and different exercise so stay alert and don't give up! Highly-effective form of aerobic training that helps to increase muscle tone and fitness, whilst also improving balance, timing and hand-eye coordination.

24 rounds of 1 minute intervals of work with 15 seconds rest including Pads, shuttle sprints, bag work mixed with fast-paced exercises.
This workout is more efficient and will achieve the same if not greater results in half the time of low-intensity longer duration workout sessions.
Our 45 minute strength & conditioning class combines weight training and bodyweight exercises focusing on increasing muscle mass, definition and strength.
