Rhianna was a personal trainer for Ben at the time so was moving into good hands! Rhianna still continues to train clients and Adam is technical behind the scenes. We have continued the great work Ben started, and have added new trainers in the mean time! We believe exercise should be a fun experience and instills that in all BensBodyFitness personal training sessions.

Our team currently serve clients inside their gym location at Furze Platt Leisure Centre in Maidenhead as well as home and outdoors personal training and sports massage sessions across Maidenhead, Reading, Newbury, Basingstoke and surrounding areas with scope to expand into the rest of Berkshire. Callum is one of our trainers covering the Maidenhead area.

He loves the gym personally so this job is really easy for him as he enjoys.

We have supported clients to achieve a range of unique goals such as; improving their general fitness, educating them on sustainable lifestyle changes and completely transforming their physiques for special occasions including holidays, weddings and specific sporting events.
Rhianna previously worked for Ben and they are both continuing to grow the great foundations Ben previously set.
Our moto is simple; we're serious about what we do, we just have fun doing it.

The BBF Phase Training Plan is a unique training system built by our founder, Ben Alderton.
It is based around what he calls "The 3 Phases of Fitness" which includes; muscular endurance, hypertrophy and strength.
It is completely bespoke and based on your ability and goals, which will determine the phase you start in.
The BBF Phase Training Plan is an all-in-one solution usually based over 6 to 12 weeks and builds a package of sessions, 9 tailored workouts, tailored nutrition and 24:7 accountability.

This plan has been designed by Jordanne and helps encourage a better posture by focusing on stretching muscles that typically become tight from day to day desk work whilst strengthening the muscles that support your spine which typically become weak.
