We are a Family run group offering a wide range of fitness programmes for all fitness levels. I have been working in the fitness industry for many years and I love seeing people improving everyday! I am a Level 2 Qualified ETM instructor. I am also a Level 5 Nutritional Therapist Pilates, freestyle fitness yoga, Tai Chi and Boxercise instructor. I also trained in Taekwon-Do from a young age and went on to train in mixed martial arts and gained a black belt in Taekwon-Do and kickboxing.
