I'm a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, nutritionist and yoga teacher.
I have been a health and fitness professional for over thirty years.
For me, I feel extremely blessed and fortunate to have found my true vocation which continues to excite and nourish me on both a personal and professional level.
My passion for health and fitness stems from an early obsession with gymnastics which I started aged six and then went on to represent Northamptonshire, regularly competing at a national level.

An uplifting vinyasa class designed to improve stamina, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Combining pranayama techniques, long thorough warm-ups, static postures focusing on alignment and creative standing sequences that are intelligently weaved together, concluding with seated and lying sequences, ending in savasana to promote a great sense of relaxation in the mind and body.
The atmosphere created is both joyful and meditative.
Suitable for students with at least 6 month's Vinyasa practice.
