I am based in Hampton Hargate, Peterborough and I specialise in personal training sessions in and around the Peterborough area. The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) has been set up to help safeguard and to promote the health and interests of people who are using the services of exercise and fitness instructors, teachers and trainers.

The Register uses a process of self-regulation that recognises industry-based qualifications, practical competency, and requires fitness professionals to work within a Code of Ethical Practice.Members of the Register are given a card and registration certificate to prove their qualification and membership. Also known as the Exercise Register it operates in the UK and across the world to recognise personal achievement and competencies of qualified fitness professionals.

I've been training with Teresa for nearly 3 years now.

All beginners are welcome, please feel free to contact me to arrange your first One on One training session, you don't need any equipment and you don't need to join or pay any membership fees, just simply pay as you go.
If your are new to regular exercise and are a little apprehensive about One on One personal training, don't worry.
Our personal training sessions are designed for your personal needs whether that be for beginners or for the more experienced exercisers.
If you are worried about exercising in a gym environment or haven't yet got the confidence to exercise in public I can come to your home or we can use my own private air conditioned gym.
Once your One to One personal training session has been booked and you've completed you initial free consultation to assess your training needs and goals we will arrange on the locations for your training sessions.
Once at your home or office the training session will consist of a variety of exercises where I will be able demonstrate, monitor and access your progress along your road to a healthier, fitter you.
Each session will be planned in advance specifically for you and your individual requirements and will utilise all of my available equipment and may include resistance using free weights, cardio using my step box or outdoor run/power walking, intense legs using my glide system or even just you, me and a towel!
All of my One to One personal training sessions are based on my standard hourly rate of 34.50.
Below is a table of prices showing the discounts I offer for advance payment for multiple training sessions.
Once advance sessions have been paid for they can be taken as and when we book each individual training session and your credit will reduce until all advance payments have been used.
