Here at Crossfit Strength Station our aim is to meet your personal health and fitness goals by exercising in an encouraging and friendly environment. We welcome all abilities and utilise our expertise to work collaboratively with you to achieve your Crossfit targets. Classes are restricted to 10 people per session, allowing the coach to tailor aspects of the workout to individual needs and abilities.
Programming is the key to unlocking growth in fitness, and here at CrossFit Strength Station you can be sure to receive a robust and well-formulated programme. Our ethos is to encourage a team spirit where we motivate each other to achieve things we never thought possible, and celebrate this success as a united fitness family. WODs may be individually scored, but they are completed with team spirit and group effort.
