My qualifications have been gained through Premier Training International, who are regarded as the leading health and fitness providers within the UK sports fitness industry.
I have a Diploma in Personal Training of which I am qualified to Level Three, the highest level within the government approved Register of Exercise Professionals.
I also hold a Level Three Certificate in teaching Mat Pilates.
I have always had a passion for exercise and healthy living, and the older I have got, the more I realise just how important it is.
You spend hours at the gym but are not improving, and you don't see the results you'd like.

Training sessions take place at my studio, which is based at Blackley (HX5), near Ainley Top.
A detailed analysis of your diet and eating habits, followed by a 1 hour consultation.
The nutritional consultation is designed to re-educate you about food; What, when, how often and how much you should eat.
