Glo Gym is situated at the heart of Oldham Athletic Football's ground, just off the M62 motorway and central to Royton, Chadderton, Oldham and surrounding areas.
Our state of the art 150 station gym offers the latest in gym equipment, covering everything from cardio workouts and resistance training, right through to large free weights areas, functional training rig and warm up / cool down zones.
We also have a stunning and spacious spin studio which boasts the innovative 'My Ride' spin equipment, making the workout experience more immersive than any other spin class on the market.

If you wish to attend the gym on a match day, 90 minutes before the game, during the game, or up to 30 minutes after the game, you would be required to produce a parking pass on entering the car park.
You will be required to get a pass from a member of the Glo Gym team at the manager's office in the week leading up to and no later than 48 hours before the match.
There are 40 spaces available during this time, which will be available on a first come first serve basis.
There will be cones and stewards on the car park to ensure that you are directed to the correct area.
