The gym is situated on 3 large floors which include a basement floor, 1st floor and a 2nd floor.
This is where the reception area is when you enter the gym.
It is complete with a Juice Bar which sells a range of protein shakes, protein bars, and other drinks including Red Kicks, Bottled Water and Lucozades.
Also available is a clothing section from Jeans, T-Shirts, Jackets and gym accessories.
The reception then leads on to the gym area with a full range of free weights and machines for the chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps areas of the body.
