Firebrand Fitness was established in 2016, by myself, and a handful of devoted clients that followed me in the pursuit of a dream. After spending 7 years in the industry (and a further 8 years focusing on my own training) I decided to reinvest my time and energy into coaching in a fully private setting. Here, I could remove the shackles that often restrict Personal Trainers by having to abide by certain rules and regulations.
I have previously worked for 2 large commercial gym chains in the UK, and have personally delivered thousands of PT sessions and classes. This wealth of experience has helped me up-level my skills as a Coach, and Firebrand Fitness is my personal take on how I plan to tackle the industry - giving people a defining, bespoke fitness experience. Amongst a long-list of struggles came the brand name.
I wanted something which stood apart and characterised my passion for the fitness industry, a name that was used frequently in the community. I have now successfully built a brand that delivers the very best in Personal Training and highly-energised classes.
