JG Performance Fit Camp, Fitness Gym and Personal Training are based within the Brecon Beacons near the Welsh border. As well as a state of the art Gym Facility, we offer monthly Fit Camps, Blood, Sweat & Weights Programs, Classes and Personal Training Sessions. Our new state of the art Fitness Gym in Three Cocks, Brecon is open from 6am to 8pm daily and caters for all aspects of training, strength, cross fit, body building and fat loss.
