With Fighting Fit, we set out to provide a solution - and we have. Emphasis is placed not only physical training, but mental development and the acquisition of life skills as well.

This membership package provides a complete personalised fitness coaching service, enabling you to achieve your fitness / sporting goals and reach your true potential.
All clients run through an initial consultation and physical assessment, during which personal goals are established and clarified and movement health is assessed (this should be the first step that any coach or trainer takes you through - if your trainer is not assessing, they're guessing).
This membership package provides a complete personalised fitness coaching service, enabling you to achieve your fitness / sporting goals and reach your true potential.

BOXING FITNESS (Ladies only) - Our ladies-only boxing fitness class based on padwork fitness drills and bodyweight exercise.
This membership option is recommended for you if you have no injuries or physical limitations to work around.

Founded in 2014 due to member requests, Torfaen Powerlifting Club is open to any member who wishes to have a go at the sport of Powerlifting.
The goal is to lift the most weight possible for 1 repetition whilst adhering to a strict set of rules regarding form.
Competitions are divided up into Male and Female Categories, and then further divided by body weight.
Each competitor gets three attempts on each lift, for a total of 9 lifts per competition.
Powerlifting is a great sport to be part of for both women and men, with a very friendly and welcoming community, especially in Wales.
