You are new to exercise, but have tried group classes or had a gym membership in the past and just never stuck with it. Your fitness is currently zero and you have 2 stone or more to lose. Seeing results quickly would really help motivate you to keep it up. You've not exercised for a while, but have been reading some fitness magazines and got some new trainers to help motivate you to start again.

Your fitness is currently low and you are carrying some extra weight you want to shift. You've been exercising for a while, either running on your own or going to the gym, and have reached a good level of fitness. You don't need to lose any weight but you would like to increase your fitness. September is a great time to get back in to a fitness routine (now the kids are back to school and life gets back on track) helping you to feel fitter, healthier & more energised as we go in to Winter.

With that in mind, I've come up with a September fitness challenge that is suitable for all ages & abilities - and promises to have you feeling fitter, more toned & more energised over the next few weeks.

We help people who are not currently exercising or those who have started and reached a plateau in their progress.
Most of our clients are women, but we can of course help men too!
And our clients typically don't feel motivated to exercise alone or would prefer to exercise with people of a similar fitness level or in a small group.
We provide Personal Training that takes in to account your current fitness level (or lack of), likes & dislikes and your goals so you don't need to be 'fit' to join our programme.

You've never thought of getting a personal trainer before, but you've heard good things and think it might be just what you need to get started.
You've decided to give personal training a go because nothing else has worked and you don't want to look in the mirror and feel embarrassed at the way you look any longer.
You don't get much time to yourself between looking after the family and working and when you do get some time you don't have the energy or motivation to exercise.

You've never tried personal training before because you didn't think you needed it but now you realise it's harder for you to lose weight than it was 10 years a go.

Becky is an award-winning Personal Trainer who specialises in mini trampoline exercise.
She has helped thousands of people to improve their health & wellbeing at her Personal Training studio in Loughborough (Leicestershire, UK) and with her DVD workouts Bounce for Beginners and Bounce for Fitness.
Becky has also previously set three new World Records for the most people on mini trampolines at one time and enjoys long distance running in her spare time!
