I've always had a keen interest in fitness and knew what I wanted to do from leaving school.
Working in the fitness industry can be very challenging but also extremely rewarding.
After 30 years I can honestly say I enjoy it more than ever.
My hobbies are playing hockey, fell walking, mountain biking and spending time with the family.

Having studied sport science and nutrition at university, for the past 5 years I have worked in the community, the NHS, and occupational health supporting people to improve their body composition, health, dietary intake, meet their fitness goals, and improve their self-esteem.

The good news is this indoor cycling class requires no co-ordination as it's a freestyle stationary bike workout, that means you get to control the intensity as the instructor leads you across steep hills, fast highways and other terrain.
Throughout it all, a selection of popular music will keep you motivated but don't forget your towel - pedal power can get rather hot!

On acceptance of an application each member will be provided with a unique PIN number this PIN number must not be shared under any circumstance and can lead to memberships being revoked.
