Here at our gym, Paleo Fitness, we pride ourselves on community and providing a service that helps you escape and guide yourself to a happier healthier version of yourself that fits around YOU! As in any family, we realise that all our members have different goals, aspirations, commitments, stressors and things they enjoy. For this reason we aim to provide classes and services to cater for all tastes to serve and aid you on your fitness journey to become and stay fit.

Its a fun way of building your strength and stamina, no boring gym machines, little tribe family. First time at paleo tonight, very tough work out but I loved every minute everyone was so welcoming and helpful thank you! I'll definitely be back next week.

Paleo Functional Fitness is all about getting fit, burning calories and having fun.
So whether you just want to lose a few pounds or in training for the next Tough Mudder, come and join the Tribe, get fit and have fun!
Basecamp is a class perfect for beginners; new to fitness or the gym in general.
For those wanting to take that first step but unsure where to start and need a bit of guidance.
Basecamp will teach you the basics and develop your strength and fitness from scratch.
You are welcome to stay at Basecamp for as long as you like; although as you gain confidence in your abilities you may wish to progress to Bootcamp and push yourself that bit further.
Established in 2000, Millennium Boxing Gym offers boxing and boxing coaching for all levels including England Boxing (Amateur Boxing) and BBBofc Pro boxing.
We have graded boxing sessions to help keep kids who don't compete interested.
Our kids boxing class starts from 7 years old and is aimed at starting kids off into boxing and fitness-and the discipline involved.
Some of our members have moved on to competitive boxing or stayed on as recreational.
