First Tee Fitness is a private training facility serving professional/amateur athletes and You. We provide personal training, strength and conditioning, group fitness and massage to help anyone from the professional athlete to fitness beginner. At FTF we make training specific to the athlete/client by assessing each individual and listening to your history to determine current state of trainability and develop the best way in which we can impact your training to make adaptation and progression towards your needs.

Kenny has worked within the golf industry for over 16 years while specialising in golf fitness and performance for over 14 years working with European Tour Players and amateurs alike.

Ensuring you are training with proper technique and adequate progress will develop a long term training program that is sustainable to allow for adaptation and make the changes you desire last longer.
Regular massage should be encouraged by everyone and can help protect the body by relieving tension and reduce fatigue from sport, training and life.
The manipulation of soft tissues using specific techniques to normalise soft tissue can be beneficial to treat injury, reduce pain and improve performance.
Treatments may range from 15-90 mins covering injuries/pain from the foot to the neck involving a variety of techniques such as Frictions, Soft tissue release, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular and Muscle energy techniques or pre/post event massage.
For those who want to train with us but can't do so in person we can provide online coaching.
This is not just a general program that gets sent to everyone, we require you to provide goals, injury and training history along with an online assessment in order for us to then put together your own individual plan which can be tweaked to suit once you get going.
During your training we will check in on form and progress to ensure you are performing correctly and making adaptation towards your goals.
