Wolds Way To Health is a health club with a difference. We are a results orientated club meaning we teach, motivate and help you to achieve the results you want. Our one to one personal training programmes are constantly tailored to meet your individual needs to help you with weight loss, toning, higher energy levels, improved stamina, cardio vascular gains, increased endurance, muscle building, improved bone density and better flexibility.

Formed by a former Royal Marine Commando and gymnast, Metafit is the original group X HIIT workout. A programme created through personal experience which simplifies the world of both diet and exercise. We like to reward our current members for referring friends and family so if you refer a friend who joins the club you get a free 10 gift voucher. There is also a chance to win a years free membership for yourself and this will be awarded to the person who referred the most new members in a year.

In 2004 friends Patrick Burdass and James Iveson, together with their wives Ruth and Helen came together to create Wolds Way to Health.
They set about creating a non-intimidating and friendly fitness club that would help the people of Driffield to achieve their personal goals in health and fitness.
The aim of the business was to create a club where people young and old would feel comfortable and could get the support they needed to achieve their goals.
10 years later and we are still continuing and thriving and that is down to the systems we have developed so that whatever your position we can help you to get the results you want in an environment where you are encouraged and made to feel comfortable.
Located near Driffield Town Centre, Wolds Way to Health Gym, has a friendly atmosphere and you can meet other members in our classes and other group activities.
The latest Life Fitness and Air Machine fitness equipment and offers its members a personal, friendly, bright and supportive environment to enable all ages and fitness levels to achieve their health and fitness goals.
All our trainers are fully qualified and will help you achieve this through a combination of cardio-vascular, weight training, flexibility and aerobic exercise.
We have a number of classes on throughout the week during the day and on evenings.
The classes are lead by our experienced staff and give you access to group training in general fitness, cycling, boot camp or triathlon training.
We are also home to the 'Health Transformers' club which we have created as a community of likeminded people that will help each other by sharing gained knowledge, experiences, offer advice and words of encouragement to successfully implement permanent lifestyle change and experience the health benefits and improvement in quality of life on offer.
Having successfully implemented a programme designed through personal experience which simplifies and offers a common sense approach to the often complicated world of both diet and exercise, which is proven to produce extraordinary results if adhered to, we now want to aid and support those individuals who wish to help themselves transform their health and wellbeing by taking the 'Ultimate Transformation Program' to a larger audience.
Through the 'Health Transformers' club we wish to create a community of likeminded people that will help each other by sharing gained knowledge, experiences, offer advice and words of encouragement to successfully implement this 'permanent' lifestyle change and experience the health benefits and improvement in quality of life on offer.
