Pole dancing is an amazing all-over body workout that will develop your strength, grace, co-ordination and musicality. Don't worry if you've never danced before or if you don't think you're strong or co-ordinated - it all comes with practice! We welcome all levels of pole dancer, from complete beginners to advanced, learning a great range of spins, flow, tricks, combinations and floorwork in all kinds of styles.

Aerial hoop, also known as lyra, is an incredible circus art that involves making beautiful shapes and poses under, in and on the hoop. Our fantastic instructors will guide you in everything, supporting you from your very first time getting into the hoop right up to elite level. Aerial hoop combines grace, strength, flexibility and power to give you a fitness experience you'll never forget - try something new today!

Aerial silks, also known as tissu, is a jaw-dropping circus skill that involves creating beautiful shapes using the fabric. We offer aerial hoop and aerial silks classes for children!

Pole dancing is a great way to keep fit and increase your confidence!
You will learn how to dance, spin and eventually perform tricks inverted (upside down) on the pole, once you have mastered the basics.
Anyone can give pole dancing a go: any shape, any size, any level.
Emily's Pole Fitness will help you to increase your strength, flexibility and confidence, so you can reach your full potential on the pole.
Aerial hoop is a circus art form, also known as lyra.
A steel hoop is suspended in the air, and one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics and gymnastic-style moves on it.
To book yourself in to start pole classes, firstly take a look at the timetable above to select the class at the best level and time for you, then contact us by emailing info@emilyspolefitness.co.uk to see if there is space in your chosen class.
If you wish to start in a class above beginner level, please give a little bit of detail about your pole experience and level when you send your message.
Emily will get back to you to book you in where there are spaces.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay your deposit - most credit and debit cards are accepted by the PayPal service.
Unfortunately our kids' classes aren't running at the moment but they will be back once all restrictions have been lifted, including the isolation restrictions.
We will make an announcement when they are back.
Children's aerial classes will run weekly and even run on bank holidays, and through the school holidays!
There are 2 different age groups, the minimum age for these classes is 5 years old, and the maximum age is 15 years old.
A children's aerial lesson lasts for 1 hour and costs 10 per session, payable in advance.
Our flexibility courses run for 4 weeks which consist of 4 x 60 minute sessions.
We work on all types of flexibility from splits stretching, shoulders and back stretching.
To book yourself in to stretch classes, firstly contact us by emailing info@emilyspolefitness.co.uk to see if there is space.
Emily will get back to you to book you in.
Once you are booked in, you need to pay in advance for the class using the PayPal button under 'Book In'.
