Claire has been pole dancing since 2003. She has years of pole dance instructing and performing experience behind her, so rest assured you will be in the most knowledgeable hands possible! Claire is also insured and first aid trained, putting your safety first.

Chair dancing is great fun, even for those with no dance experience.
Kealy takes her time to break routines down for everyone to understand.
A lot of people don't really know what chair dancing is.
Just imagine a dance routine but on and around a chair and there you have it, that is chair dancing!
It is amazing the things you can learn in this class.
I would highly recommend that you try it at least once!
You will learn some show stopping, professional chair dance moves and will have a full routine you can practice at home by the end of the lesson!
And what fun it has been ever since.
Claire is friendly, extremely talented, professional and motivating giving you the extra push you need sometimes to brave a new move.
All of CPF's classes have an amazing atmosphere.
Everyone is so welcoming and supportive - a really great vibe that actually makes you excited to exercise (never thought i'd say those words!)
