Owners, Kat & James Bradshaw are experienced Personal Trainers, with both a Military and Sport Specific background. The perfect recipe for tough, yet varied and fun Bootcamps. Originally from Yorkshire, Kat and James fell in love with Norwich after James' job in the RAF brought them here to live. 3 years on, and the dream of opening a PT studio is now a very firm reality!

Unlimited access to expertly run Bootcamps, designed by professionals to push you to achieve your fitness goals.
We wanted to keep things SIMPLE, therefore all our memberships are UNLIMITED.
You can come to as many or as little scheduled Bootcamps as you like.
You can choose to pay a Direct Debit on the 1st of every month, or choose a block of sessions.
A Pro Rata will be payable on your first visit but no joining fee!

In the Summer of 2020 we had to adapt our Bootcamps and take them outside into the park!
We enjoyed them so much that we decided to stay outside on Saturday's.
