In all cases, please cancel your place on our booking app as soon as you become aware that you cannot attend in order to free up the space and allow anyone who may be waiting for a slot to book on.
In the event of you cancelling your space inside 60-minutes of the scheduled start time, or failing to show up, if the session was fully booked prior to you cancelling/no-showing, a 10 late cancel/no-show will be automatically charged.
In all cases, please cancel your place on our booking app as soon as you become aware that you cannot attend in order to free up the space and allow anyone who may be waiting for a slot to book on.
